Brukwine, a Caribbean-influenced workout featuring Dancehall and reggae music
OK, this sounds very interesting, but after watching the videos, I must admit that this workout seems to be geared towards the young, nimble, and experienced in dancehall—and especially for women who can actually wear high heels (not to mention dance, swerve, turn, twerk and shimmy in them). . . not to mention the booty shorts (the eyeliner, I can do! Maybe.) But it certainly looks like a lot of fun. Brukwine is a Caribbean-influenced workout using dancehall, reggae and other ‘riddims’ for “epic sweating and toning results.” Julee Wilson (The Huffington Post—see last link below) calls Brukwine “the sexiest workout ever!” Move over, Zumba!
